The Devon Corporation has confidence in both its personnel and its surrounding participants in The Devon Series. Our Official Rules, Known Issues, and How to Run a Tournament resources provide a framework that supports sporting conduct. Nevertheless, we recognize that Tournament Organizers (TOs), trainers, and/or our own Devon Personnel might make mistakes from time to time. Additionally, and far more common, participating trainers and/or TOs might disagree over how a matter was handled. We want to encourage TOs and trainers, and/or other surrounding community, to engage in respectful communication and to attempt to solve disagreements through good faith communications. However, when efforts to resolve conflict fail and/or if the witnessed misconduct has already or might cause harm to our community, we ask that you fill out our Report Misconduct form below.
All reports are confidential between the submitter and the Devon Infractions Team. If the report involves Devon Personnel, that person will not participate in the review of the report. Due to the seriousness of misconduct reports, anonymous submissions are not accepted.
